Physical DescriptionA 1900 Morgan silver dollar coin. On the front side is the image of a woman in profile and the text "E Pluribus Unum 1900." On the reverse side is an eagle clasping arrows and an olive branch in its talons with the text "United States of America in God We Trust." Custodial History NoteThe item was a gift from a member of the general public to President Ronald Reagan during the Reagan administration. It was received through the Executive Office of the President Office of Correspondence and maintained there until its transfer to the National Archives in January, 1989 for deposit with the Reagan Presidential Library.
