It is all held together by ten metal nails around the edges of the plastic. The letter gives President Ronald Reagan membership into Den 3 Cub Scout Pack 223. At the bottom left corner is a color photograph of the Cub Scouts that signed this certificate; at the bottom right is the Cub Scout logo.
