Physical DescriptionThis is a cardboard diorama of the Capitol building with paper trees and four dolls. Two dolls representing President Ronald Reagan and Nancy Reagan sit on a bench in the center. Two children's dolls are set off to the left side with a basket. The outside of the diorama is decorated with red, white, and blue streamers.Historical NoteThe diorama was a gift for President Ronald Reagan's birthday in 1981.

Custodial History NoteThe item was a gift from a member of the general public to President Ronald Reagan during the Reagan administration. It was received through the Executive Office of the President Office of Correspondence and maintained there until its transfer to the National Archives in January, 1989 for deposit with the Reagan Presidential Library.
