Physical DescriptionA round pewter belt buckle with a blackened finish and rope design around the edge. The center has a relief of the New York Conservation Police badge and has “100 YEARS OF SERVICE 1880-1980” around it. Metal loop and stud fastener on the back. Engraved “cast by PILGRIM PEWTER CO. Tully N.Y. 13159 DESIGN COPYRIGHT designed + copyrighted by Sid Bell - Tully 19©80” on the back.

Custodial History NoteThe item was a gift from a member of the general public to President Ronald Reagan during the Reagan administration. It was received through the Executive Office of the President Office of Correspondence and maintained there until its transfer to the National Archives in January, 1989 for deposit with the Reagan Presidential Library.
