Physical DescriptionThis brass-plated rose water pitcher has a curved handle and spout. The lid is attached to a hinge. The pitcher is engraved with a floral design overall. Historical NoteThe rose water pitcher was given during a state visit by President Mubarak of Egypt February 3-4, 1982, which included a formal welcome in the White House East Room, a meeting in the Oval Office, and a State Dinner.

Custodial History NoteThe item was a gift from a foreign official to President Ronald Reagan during the Reagan administration. It was received through the Executive Office of the President and maintained there until its transfer to the National Archives in January, 1989 for deposit with the Reagan Presidential Library.
