Physical DescriptionA bust of President Ronald Reagan made out of bronze colored plaster-of-paris and mounted on black wood base. On the wood base is a metal plate engraved. “PRESIDENT RONALD REAGAN” on the back of the base is a sticker with text stating “SCULPTURED BY MILDRED D. BALISTRERI, PITTSBURGH, PENNSYLVANIA.” The bust is signed “MB 1980.”Additional DetailsCustodial History NoteThe item was a gift from a member of the general public to President Ronald Reagan during the Reagan administration. It was received through the Executive Office of the President Office of Correspondence and maintained there until its transfer to the National Archives in January, 1989 for deposit with the Reagan Presidential Library.
