Physical DescriptionAn oval sterling silver on nickel belt buckle with cut rope design edge and scroll design. In brass-toned raised letters, “Your Kind of Country R KKBC FM 97 R Our Kind of Music.” A silver-colored metal loop and clip fastener is on the back of the buckle. Text stating “STERLING ON NICKEL” is stamped at the bottom.Historical NoteThe buckle was given to President Ronald Reagan through Sen. Paul Laxalt (R-NV).

Custodial History NoteThe item was a gift from a member of the general public to President Ronald Reagan during the Reagan administration. It was received through the Executive Office of the President Office of Correspondence and maintained there until its transfer to the National Archives in January, 1989 for deposit with the Reagan Presidential Library.
