Physical DescriptionA brass belt buckle with curved scrolls on the sides and the seal of the United States Marshal Service in the center, lettered "DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE JUSTICE, INTEGRITY, SERVICE UNITED STATES MARSHAL" in the seal. Metal loop and pin fastener on the back. The text on the back states, "Limited Edition' MADE Exclusively FOR TRADITIONAL DESIGN CO. P.O. BOX 95162 OKLA CITY, OK AWARD DESIGN MEDALS, INC. P.O. BOX 1088 NORMAN, OK 73070 SOLID BRASS" in raised letters.Additional Details
Custodial History NoteThe item was a gift from a member of the general public to President Ronald Reagan during the Reagan administration. It was received through the Executive Office of the President Office of Correspondence and maintained there until its transfer to the National Archives in January, 1989 for deposit with the Reagan Presidential Library.
