At the top of each charm is a flat pear shaped piece of gold over beaded gold wires radiating out, a row of nine gold balls, and a gold filigree curved base. Over the wires is a symbol or letter.Historical NoteThese gold filigree earrings were a gift to First Lady Nancy Reagan from Hilla Limann, the President of the Republic of Ghana, in 1981.
