Physical DescriptionA clear glass decorator with a glass stopper made by Tiffany & Co. The decorator is engraved on the obverse “ANNUAL MOST ADMIRED CONSERVATIVE AWARDS 1982” inside of the laurel wreath. The reverse is engraved “Conservative Digest.”Historical NoteThe Crossed A’s on these goblets are the monogram of Princess Alexandra and Sir Angus Ogilvy. They gave these goblets during a private meeting, possibly when Nancy Reagan had a private dinner with Princess Alexandra, The Honourable Lady Ogilvy on July 25, 1981, while she was in London for Royal Wedding of HRH The Prince of Wales and Lady Diana Spencer on July 29.

Custodial History NoteThe item was a gift from a foreign official to First Lady Nancy Reagan during the Reagan administration. It was received through the Executive Office of the President Office of Correspondence and maintained there until its transfer to the National Archives in January, 1989 for deposit with the Reagan Presidential Library.
