Physical DescriptionA pen and ink caricature of President Ronald Reagan wearing a suit (.01a) along with a letter (.01b). The letter states, "Dear Mr. President: I hope that you will accept my drawing of you and will not be offended by it. I was sitting down and watching you make your speech on the T.V. on this night and thought that I might be able to do a small part to help you take off some tension or, at least, a portion of it, that you must have experienced that night, on the passage of your tax plan. I think that you have done a grat job as the commander-in-chief of this proud nation. Keep up the good woodk! Again, I hope that you will accept this will like it. Thank you!!!
