On the back of the plaque is a paper sticker with black text stating "METRO TROPHY CO. / 1857 Cheshire Bridge Rd., N.E. / Atlanta, Ga. 30324 / (404) 875-8313."

Historical NoteThe principal of Northside High school, W. J. Rudolph, presented First Lady Nancy Reagan with this Permanent Hall Pass when she visited the Atlanta, GA school October 11, 1984. It was good "anywhere, always, forever."

Custodial History NoteThe item was a gift from a member of the general public to First Lady Nancy Reagan during the Reagan administration. It was received through the Executive Office of the President Office of Correspondence and maintained there until its transfer to the National Archives in January, 1989 for deposit with the Reagan Presidential Library.
