Physical DescriptionThis is a gold-toned commemorative coin bearing the likeness of Woodrow Wilson. Along the top edge of the coin, the text states “28th PRESIDENT, U.S.A. 1913 1921” and “WOODROW WILSON” at the bottom. The verso of the coin states, “‘THE PROFESSOR’ GOVERNOR OF NEW JERSEY PRESIDENT DURING WORLD WAR 1 SPONSORED FEDERAL RESERVE ACT REPRESENTED THE UNITED STATES AT VERSAILLES PEACE CONFERENCE ‘WE DESIRE NO CONQUEST, NO DOMINION.’”

Custodial History NoteThe item was a gift from a member of the general public to President Ronald Reagan and First Lady Nancy Reagan during the Reagan administration. It was received through the Executive Office of the President Office of Correspondence and maintained there until its transfer to the National Archives in January, 1989 for deposit with the Reagan Presidential Library.
