Frank Miller

Frank Andrea Miller was a cartoonist for the Des Moines Register from 1953 to 1983, and won the Pulitzer Prize for Editorial Cartooning in 1963 for his cartoon about nuclear warfare, captioned "I said -- we sure settled that dispute, didn't we!"
